Tachibana & Peony Vintage Juban

Description:  This vintage juban is a traditional Japanese kimono undergarment featuring a vibrant and intricate design. The deep purple base is decorated with a delicate 'shibori'-like pattern of fine diagonal lines and small dots, adding subtle texture. The main motif showcases large, lush peonies and delicate Tachibana flowers—symbols of longevity and eternal youth—in shades of red, white, pink, and blue. These floral elements are complemented by flowing white water currents known as Mizu-nagare (水流れ).
